    What kind of facilities does the residence have?

    'First Floor' Restaurant, 2 meeting rooms, conference & banquet rooms with capacities up to 100 seats, Coffee Lounge with children playroom & Billiard Table, Panorama Lounge & Bar (rooftop), Atrium Garden (Smoking Area), Business Station, Basement Parking, Gym, Sauna and Indoor Swimming Pool.

    How much do airport transfers cost?

    Airport transfers are provided by the Fraser Place Limousine Service Transfer and the rates for one-way airport transfers are:
    To or from Incheon International Airport - KRW 120,000 (VAT not included)
    To or from Gimpo airport - KRW 70,000 (VAT not included)

    24 hours advance reservation is required.

    Do you have any free shuttle service to the city for guests?

    Free sightseeing shuttle service is available daily and the shuttle departs at 11am and 2pm from the hotel. Stops include Fraser Place Namdaemun, Myeongdong (across Lotte Department Store), Insadong, Dongdaemun and Itaewon.

    What are the nearest subway stations?

    The nearest stations are City Hall Station (Line 1 & 2) Exit 10 and Seodaemun Station (Line 5) Exit 6, within 5-10 minutes' walk; and Seoul Station (Line 1, 4, AREX) Exit 3, within 15 minute's walk.

    Do you provide internet access?

    Yes, we provide complimentary high-speed internet access throughout the property. Multiple device access available upon request.  

    How can I get to the property from Incheon International Airport?

    There are several ways to get to Fraser Place Central from Incheon International Airport, including limousine services, Airport Express Train (AREX), 6005 Airport Limousine Bus and taxi. Please refer to "Getting to Fraser Place Central Seoul" under the Location section. 

    How can I reach the property from Gimpo Airport ?

    1)   A taxi ride costs about KRW 40,000. Estimated duration is 50 minutes, depending on the traffic conditions.

    2)   Airport Express Train 'AREX' from Gimpo Airport station to Seoul Station. Estimated duration is 25min. From Seoul Station you can take a taxi for approximately KRW 4,000 to KRW 4,500, 5 minutes' drive.

    Any sightseeing spots within walking distance from the property?

    Namdaemun market, Myeondong, Deoksu Palace, Gwanghwamun, Gyeongbok Palace are all within 15-30 minutes' walking distance.

    Where and when is breakfast served?

    Breakfast is available daily at the 'First Floor' restaurant from 06:30AM to 10:00AM.
    (KRW15,400 upon booking KRW19,800 at the counter for adult and complimentary for child under the age of 7.)

    What is the room charge for an extra guest?

    A charge of KRW 44,000 per night is applicable for an extra guest. This charge includes an extra bed.
    There are no additional charges for children under the age of 7.

    Do I get complimentary parking during my stay?

    Every guest is entitled to one parking lot free-of-charge. For long-term guests, a parking card will be provided upon request, subject to terms & conditions. Please register your vehicle details with the Front Desk.

    Additional car parking lots are subject to KRW 2,000 per vehicle per 30 minutes. The maximum charge is KRW 20,000 for 24 hours.

    Where are the recommended shopping districts?

    Namdaemun Market, a 10-15 minutes' walk from the property, is the oldest market in Seoul. Myeongdong, a 25-30 minutes' walk from the property, is famous for cosmetics, fashion and restaurants. Most shops are open from 10:00am to 8:00pm. Duty-free Lotte Department Store and Shinsegae Department store are nearby Myeongdong.

    DongDaeMun Market, the only night market in Seoul, opens from 10:00am till 04:00am.

    Are there any restaurants in the property?

    'First Floor' Restaurant in the lobby serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
    Breakfast 6:30am-10:00am
    Lunch 11:30am-2:30pm
    Dinner 5:30pm-9:30pm

    Room service is also available from 10:00 to 23:00 (last order 23:00)

    When is the check-in and check-out time?

    Standard check-in time is after 3:00pm and check-out is before 12:00 noon. (July & August check-out is before 11:00am)

    For early check-in, an additional room night booking is recommended. For check-in before 09:00am, full-day room rate will be applied; half-day room rate applies for check-ins between 09:00am to 11:00am.

    Late check-out is subject to availability. Please contact our Front Desk for assistance. For check-out up to 4:00pm, half-day room rate applies; after 4:00pm, full-day room rate.

    What amenities are available at the property ?

    We provide standard bathroom amenities. Due to specific local environmental laws, hotels in Korea provide amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste and shaving kits at applicable charges.

    Are there non-smoking rooms available?

    Yes, we provide non-smoking rooms, on a first come first served basis and subject to availability.

    Are laundry services available?

    Yes, we provide laundry service for an additional charge.

    Regular service: collection before 11:00am and delivery before 8:00pm on the same day.

    Express service: collection before 2:00pm, delivery before 8:00pm on the same day with 50% express surcharge.

    No Laundry services are provided on Sundays and Public Holidays.


    What are the TV channels available?

    We offer 49 international & local channels such as CNN, BBC WORLD, SBS and MBC. A detailed channel list can be found in the apartment.

    Are there computers available for use within the property?

    Desktop computers are available at the Business Station on the 2nd floor. Please contact Front Desk for more details.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    For cancellation of reservation, 2 days' (48 hours) notice must be given prior to arrival date. Late notification will incur a one-night no-show charge.

    Can I store my luggage at the hotel after checking out ?

    Guests can leave their luggage after check-out. However if luggage is not collected on the same day, please inform the Front Desk.

    Is it possible to get a permanent parking card?

    Yes. For long term guests we provide a parking card, subject to terms & conditions. Guests are required to register at the Front desk with the vehicle's registration and driver's license.

    What is the difference between Studio Double and Studio Twin?

    Studio Double features a queen-size bed, kitchen and laundry machine. Studio Twin features two single size beds (twin beds), kitchen and laundry machine. Double/twin room are assigned based on request and availability. 

    Is there baby-sitting service or play area for children?

    We do not provide baby-sitting service.

    The children's play room is located on the second floor. Hours: 09:00am - 09:00pm daily.
